Docto Millet Dosa Mix is a mixture of a number of Millet powders, Pulses, Nuts & Fenugreek . As the analysis report indicates it is a high fibre and low glycemic index powder. This can be used as a Healthy substitute for rice based Dosa Mixes Available. For health conscious individuals of all ages this Dosa Mix will be extremely useful and acceptable.

HOW TO MAKE?
Add 200 gms of Millet dosa mix to 500ml water. Mix it well manually or in
Mixer Grinder. Keep the batter in Warm & Dry place for 8 hours. Add Salt to
taste. Spread sufficient batter on hot tawa on medium flame. Add 1tea spoon
oil / ghee to the sides. Serve Hot Dosa with Chutney & sambar.
